+pre labour day entry+

wow wow. its really addictive trying to blog down my life again. suddenly i feel like life is going back to where it used to be. my own blogging world. i feel at home again. =)

updates about life. im still feeling sick. fluish, nose running, but im not cold at all! probably swine flu. its time to see the doc if everything still doesnt recover by tomorrow. but i have soccer tomorrow! its been quite a while since we had a game on turf! probably not gonna run alot since i've got my IPPT test on saturday morning. before i forget, i actually want to wish everybody HAPPY LABOUR DAY! if you are working, stop working! because its labour day! im sure there will still be people working. those in the service line. im in the service line too! probably going to look through some files and call some people. that should be all.

work has been slow. gradual changes taking place, thats why everything is so slow. hopefully it starts building up again. the morale hasnt been great of late, life hasnt changed much either. probably boss knows how we are going through; the different initiatives and incentives hasnt been working! oh my god i think im going to weed really soon. i need support! call me out for coffee and lets talk business sometimes. too much crappy coffee chat makes me really relaxed and that is no good! i think i still have some starbucks vouchers to spare!

+runny nose+

i got up this morning feeling so sick! my nose is runny, and my body is aching! i think its the bloody swine! am i dying? oh no! LOL. i think im just crazy. its the end of the month and my production just sucks. the weather's crazy too. it was wet and cold yesterday and today its so hot! if only it was cloudy and gloomy all day. apparently i love windy and cloudy days. i dun have to feel sweaty nor wear any extra clothing. im probably gonna have an early night tonight.

its amazing that im actually blogging, for the fourth day going. im surprised because i actually have so much to rant about, usually im so out of ideas at this time of the day. maybe i just got too much frustration in me to purge out in my system. probably got too many things going on in my head i need a medium to release all the stress in me. probably i need a good bath and recuperate!

today was good! i was productive! and i learnt a few good tips from the seniors! tomorrow will be another good day! =)

Reading this book titled "14000 things to be happy about" and i guess its really very positive! The author is american so you know how crazy this book gets. this book actually makes me smile! i think im the only person in the library that is gleeing to myself!

+dun give up your favourite dishes+

oh my god! guess what? swine flu is the latest to hit the news! just six years after SARS, avian flu, and mad cow disease, this next pandemic hits us in the form of pork! lets be anti-pork for a few months! what else can we eat? fish, duck, lamb i guess? this is going to make us worry about our daily food intake again.

the government loves to tell us what we want to hear. "we have most of our pork imports from brazil." i mean, how far is brazil from mexico? i thought we always have our pork from australia? LOL anyway, i think we can start a farm somewhere in LCK where we can rear our own chickens, ducks, pigs, cows, goats, monkeys etc - whatever you want to eat, just buy two and grow your own farm! time to go back to nature, where life doesnt have any stress. time to wind our clocks back, to a place where the sun tells time. time to head back to history, when all the work we have to do is watch the animals behind the yard, and wait for the chickens to lay eggs!

okay enough dreaming...

i think its still very safe to eat pork. at least in singapore. i never stopped eating chicken even though avian flu was on high alert. i continued to go out everyday during the SARS period. i never stopped eating my whopper and big mac during the MCD hype. so dont give up on your ba chor mee and kway chap! dun give up on your favourite food!

+susan boyle phenomenon+

just last week, my colleague was mentioning to me this woman- susan boyle. "wah lao, she sing, damn power. if you watch it on youtube, you wouldnt believe that such an auntie got such a powerful voice". my first thought was that some normal sensation was on tv again. this time its 'british got talent'.

out of curiosity like most singaporeans, i went home and youtube-d her! wah i tell you, this auntie can sing. once she open her mouth, i get stunned. she's a freaking opera singer! the next day i went back to my friend and laughed it off, mentioning how she wouldnt get noticed since she's so unglamorous. even my other colleagues whom i was attending class with (those are uncle and auntie age already) also knows about susan boyle and were watching it during break time! i was quite shocked, to be honest. i thought financial planners dun read entertainment news. haha. i guess we gotta read the whole damn newspaper and surf the net every few hours to know the latest affairs around the world!

just two days ago, susan boyle appeared on the net with her new look! wah piang, she look like my school principal! those serious and fierce one! cannot imagine how make-over company does that, but its so stunning. auntie become principle! im just curious what other songs she is going to come up with for the rest of the competition, but i guess thats the fun part about these shows, one stunning fact, you get a shot in becoming famous! and you get the whole world watching and discussing so quickly. oh and that little boy, forgot his name, 12 year old but singing michael jackson.

definitely with her new looks, im sure she's attract more men and that way, you can surely succeed in the industry! omg i cannot advocate more about looking good and how it appeals to people. i think i need a make over or something! people just dun like me! haha. okay enough ranting. this blog entry is getting long cause i think i needa scroll. last week of april, and may would be bright and sunny as ever!

+what the hell is going on?+

i have been back for one week, from the country which produces probably the most amount of rice we've eaten everyday, the land which has been in the lime light for the wrong reasons, and the country touted to have the best beaches in asia. but i realised that business has not been that great! oh my god. this brings me to one question: what have i been doing with my life lately?

i would rather rephrase the question - "what have i been doing all my life?" i realised i have not been very successful with the things i've done all the 23 and counting years of mine, besides getting top of the level for some subjects during school? those achievements hardly make any sense to me now. i have never stopped learning all these months with the training, but it seems like i dun apply them at all, thus, not making any sense to me at all. it feels weird. learning so much and not applying them. it just feels funny. knowing how to fight but cant find anyone to spar with. suddenly i feel useless.

its almost the end of the month now. i think i'm going crazy with trying to hit the target this month. it seems like i cant reach for it now. it almost seems like i need to start to prepare for the next month. it seems like i need to do more homework before i go out into the field again. it seems like i need to find myself again.

and so march is over! we are going on our yacht trip! how exciting! next month, the quest to hit something higher will be more challenging and enriching too! road trip to KL coming up! wow. this is going to be really cool!!

will be heading to thailand come next week. i guess its a good time to take a break and get ready for the middle of the year. time to think, reflect, and reconsider many factors on how to continue to sustain the business that has been coming along so far. i wouldnt say life has been a bed of roses, but definitely not looking too good if i continue to procrastinate. time to look ahead of the peers who have been ever supportive. okay im tired.
