+hunger+

another manager was conducting this training with us yesterday, and he told us that what makes successful sales people was in his mind. he told us that a positive mindset with a person with full of hunger and drive makes a positive sales target. he also said that we got lots of drive, just no hunger. how to create hunger? go in debt. buy something super expensive and then clean up your bank account. up to a point where you dun make a single cent, you will die.

im so gonna get a car by christmas.

+updates+

a girl used to tell me that i shouldnt blog when im sick, especially when i'm down with flu. but this seems like it is the only time i have now. work has taken up most of my time, and it seems like im working too hard, instead of too smart. thats how i have fallen by the attack of the flu virus. maybe a couple of hours less a day would take the toil away, with the additional rest im going to reward myself.

caught the dark knight over the weekend, with roy, and long lost friend, wei jie. he's back from the states and im glad he enjoyed himself. dark knight was quite a nice movie for me, though i thought it was quite over-rated. it should be called the joker instead of the dark knight, since the villian got most of the screen play, and i didnt know heath ledger played this show before he actually passed on. anyways, go catch it if you have not. i still think spiderman is nicer than the dark knight.

this week, we continued with our survey this week, and so far its not too bad. we changed tactics and i guess that works. but very tiring as a result. somehow, i felt that this isnt really right. well i really do not have much time to try out the different tactics we have come up with, but i know the training will definitely help us along the way.

+the search is on!+

the flexibility of this job is freaking me out. though work can be tough, and motivating yourself becomes second nature, i guess i gotta find peace with myself somehow, search for my own happiness in whichever way possible.

i was talking to a friend i saw while doing survey and i realised how much i have missed out in life. he's happy with a girl, almost finishing with his degree, and life is good with a good god watching over him. maybe i should too, start the search for the one. haven't been really active, though people ask why i am still alone. maybe they dun know me well. i got problems taking care of myself, let alone another person.

im solving people's problems everyday, helping with their lives, and who is going to help me solve my problems? =/

+missing things+

i used to waste my time away on days i can rest, especially on weekends; and now, im having so little of it i actually miss sitting down and chilling out. im on a ride of my lifetime, a trip that can bring me to potential heights, of course, it can bring me straight to hell as well. life is always about making choices, aint it? i've chosen this route and i shall not look back.

the weekends' been pretty quiet since the beginning of this season. i shall not rant about how bored i am, how long i have not seen some of them, but i have been finding my peace and itinerary to keep myself from weeding out from the face of this planet. the world is so great, so many people out there you can call a friend, likewise, there can be those you wouldnt want to know, simply because they are not so friendly.

i miss reading novels on a lazy afternoon, while playing my favourite songs. now all i read are work-related books, motivational books to keep my spirit high, and books that tell me, rejections are what brings me to success. okay, you get the drift. i have not been myself for quite some time, and i want to find myself back. the books, the music, the activities, and the places i love to go.

the week of outdoor sales. the start was fun. the middle is getting tiring, and i wonder how the rest of the week is going to be. life is getting tough, but i guess this is inevitable. i love talking to new people, after getting rejected by ten. the numbers game. the life of a salesperson is that harsh sometimes i feel like giving up. maybe too early to comment. i just hope to make the best out of it.

with many support, that would definitely help. back to reading stuffs that might help me excel. =D

its really ironic, somehow. the people working at my office have either broken up, or got into a quarrel with their girlfriends. is this the job that breaks relationships? its quite funny, because most of them have been doing really great, in terms of sales results. oh well, maybe i should not even speculate, because i have scored zero in both aspects.

i have been through this investment talk and it is definitely something we should be looking into. consult me for more information because i cannot disclose facts here. these free talks actually motivate me, and cement my ideas further more. however, i'm beginning to have doubts over some beliefs, but definitely going to keep faith with what i chose to.

back to some army news, pte dave teo has got the next nine years to think about his heartbreak, and apparently, his ex-girlfriend can run around having more boyfriends. what i find amusing is why he took the rifle out, but didn't fire. maybe that would double his term, or even death sentence. but dun you think its funny to bring out a real rifle, just to threaten? cant you use something else to threaten?

G8 summit is in Hokkaido this year, and i must say they picked the right island! one of the most beautiful islands (in my humble opinion). more culture-experiencing, in the north island of japan, and great food too! this round of talks, they would definitely be talking more about the rising prices of oil, US economies, and other political issues that might be a stinging problem. lets see how the talks go, btw, one more month to the olympics. =D

+find the elixir, if not...+

we are all definitely going to die. tell me, who doesnt? he shall be called immortal, for he shall attend all our wakes, after drinking the elixir of life. even saints die, somehow. you know because they know too many secrets of GOD they cannot stay alive for too long, thats why many of them want to become mortals in the end. i know it sounds cheesy, but i really think that is true.

the existence of our being in this world means carrying the responsibility of bringing a new life to this world, so everything else carries on, like a cycle. if not, we shall weed just like that. carrying that responsibility comes a great power of bringing them food and shelter for the young ones, protecting the old ones with love and care; and making sure that they do not fall ill in bad times.

and there comes this great invention in this world called buying a protection, in case something happens. some people find it useful, because they are responsible and caring lot; some selfish people just cant be bothered, because they faithfully believe that life is short and what happens afterlife does not really concern them. i do believe that a good life in the end comes with a price. of course, there is no free lunch and i hope we all understand that, by now.

there's also a part of life where the value of a mountain of gold is only worth a bag of it twenty years down the road. there is this type of invention to cater to the value of gold in the future. good thing is there is help. bad that it comes with a risk. like free lunch, its also plainly understood. the value of money is what drives people mad, as the world watches the screen 24 hours a day, no matter what industry you may be in.

enough ranting. tomorrow is the start of the new week again. and i certainly hope i will pull through the first hurdle. where is the faith?

another paper down. this time the basic health section. that means more gates have been opened, cause human beings are just so vulnerable we need protection all the time. its always hard to maintain, the types of different liabilities that we have, sometimes you have to let go of something you wont need when you are alive. this happens all the time.

all the training, and more to come, will definitely put me in a good position to start carving my own niche. not a new thing, but very, very new to me. and hopefully, i will grow, into a more responsible and caring person. this is just the beginning...

its been a long time! busy reading up, increasing my product knowledge, which im still not very good at, and trying very hard to increase my market. i need more practise! okay people i really need help here! i need to talk to you to analyse your situation for you so i can practise for real life cases.

euro 08 is over. and im so glad that i stayed up for that match. watching my current favourite team (favourite since xavi was in barcelona, not favourite because casillas is cute) win the cup means alot to them. well not for me cause my club already won the double i guess thats quite a humble request for me now. the first european glory for 64 years. always been frustrating watching them missing the target by a little over the past years, and its really demoralising watching the talents go to waste. 6 more week to the start of league soccer, now its the time to get working.
